Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse team has processed your refund or exchange.
